Ruth Glendon is a seasoned Registered and Certified Reflexologist and Certified Indian Head Massage Practitioner with a background as a Certified Personal Support Worker (PSW). With an educational foundation in Foot Reflexology from Fanshawe College, London, Ontario, through Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC) Ruth has explored the natural healing and relaxation properties of this ancient practice while balancing life as a dedicated mother of two young sons.

Her diverse career path includes roles in the banking industry, medical pharmacy, and long-term care. In 2016, Ruth enhanced her qualifications by obtaining a PSW certification.
